Craig LettsCraig Letts, founder and principal of Capital Telecom has been a Capital Realty and Development principal since 2001. Prior to Capital, Craig was the managing partner and founder of Consolidated Affiliates, a recognized full service retail consulting company. At Consolidated Craig managed all "big box" accounts including Lowes Home Centers, SuperValu, and Home Depot. Craig has served at various levels within the International Council of Shopping Centers including Chairman of the ICSC's NJ Governmental Affairs. Craig is a founding member and Past Chairman of the ICSC's NJ PAC. In that role Craig was responsible for overseeing the ICSC's political contribution strategy for the State of NJ. Charles LouriaCharles Louria, founder and principal of Capital Realty & Development, has more than19 years experience as an owner and developer in the shopping center industry. Charles graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1982 with a BA in Political Science. Prior to Capital, Charles was founder and principal in Fidelity Sites and Fidelity Realty, where Charles was responsible for the development of freestanding retail buildings, shopping centers and the leasing of a three million square foot shopping center portfolio. Charles has completed transactions with a majority of the National “Big Box” retailers who have a presence in the Northeast. Vincent L. CasieroVincent L. Casiero, founder and principal of Capital Realty & Development has been involved in the real estate industry since 1984 and over the years has acquired diverse experience in shopping center and retail real estate development, leasing, construction and brokerage. Vincent graduated from Rutgers University with a BS Degree in Environmental Planning and Design/Landscape Architecture. Prior to forming Capital Realty & Development, he was Vice President at Fidelity Land Development Corporation where he was involved in site acquisition, governmental approvals and construction of retail projects and the leasing of a three million square foot portfolio of shopping centers. At Fidelity, Vincent became a partner in retail projects. Vincent also had extensive real estate brokerage experience with the national real estate firm of Helmsley – Spear, Inc.
